Customer: “SSI-Italy holds a congress for its employees in Innsbruck and wants to offer a half day outdoor event for approx. 1000 participants.”
eventation: Olympic SSI-Summer-Games with award ceremony; including an emotional photo-presentation showing the participants to be presented in the evening.
The games start with a short “marathon” through Innsbruck’s streets, which have previously been blocked off by the police. The run ends at the sports grounds “ Tivoli”. The participants perform in: shot put, relay race, beach volleyball and soccer. Hotel Europa Tyrol caters well. An Italian MC, fabulous weather conditions and the Olympic disciplines create an unforgettable atmosphere. During the gala evening the pictures are presented, the winners awarded and the whole day is recapitulated.
