Christmas Party in the mountains, 340 participants

eventation: As there was no snow when we needed it, we had it delivered from the glacier., The guests immersed themselves into a winter-wonderland illuminated by torches, bonfires and flashlights. The programme was topped off with mulled wine, punch, exciting games in the snow…and a lot of warming up around the camp-fires.
Customer: „We are looking for a romantic mountain lodge…accommodating 340 people!!"
eventation: As lodges that size don’t just pop up, the 5-star hotel was turned into a lodge. The evening started off with a Tyrlean Christmas market, followed by a well-known pop-band (Spider Murphy Gang), a cunning hypnosis show, food and drinks to die for and exceptional light and sound effects. Highlight just before bed-time: A colourful confetti-downpour.
